1: Secure your place
A deposit of AU$485 will secure your place at the retreat. Your booking should be accompanied by a booking form (sent to you by email on enquiry) and an electronic copy of your manuscript (120,000 words maximum, but longer manuscripts will be considered with prior consultation and adjustment to fees). If you don’t have a final, whole manuscript, please send 50,000 words (or as much as you’ve coherently put to paper) and we can get a sense of the project.
Submission deadline: Manuscripts and balance of payments must be received no later than Friday, 28 January 2011.
Early bird discount closes 19 December 2010.
2: Arrange your travel
Transport costs are not included. You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own travel to Sydney. We will arrange transfers between Melbourne airport and Portsea, Vic., 100 km from Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsular (included in cost) so you can join the retreat on Thursday 17 Feb 2011.
